Oly Grazers is a luxury charcuterie, catering and food styling company that serves Thurston County, WA and the surrounding areas! We have a variety of offerings for personal enjoyment, gifts and catering for events. No event is too big or too small! In addition to our menu and catering services, we host public and private charcuterie workshops. We offer free quotes for our tables and custom orders. You can submit a request on the order page and we will respond promptly!

Oly Grazers specializes in grazing tables. We have created grazing spreads to serve events of 20 people up to 500. Grazing tables are not only an amazing food choice for the versatility, variety, flavor pairings and ability to totally customize, but for the pure aesthetics. The table serves as an art piece to the event. Talk about making a lasting impression on your guests.
We are proud to be from Olympia, and all of our offerings will feature locally sourced products including local cheese, meats, produce and pastries! We can't wait to serve you!

Hello and welcome!
I’m Danika, the owner, executive chef, and creative force behind Oly Grazers. While many clients mention “the team” during bookings or events, the truth is—I’m currently a one-woman operation, personally curating every detail of your culinary experience.
My love for food runs deep. From an early age, I was in the kitchen alongside my mom, Jackie, and both of my grandmothers—women who taught me that food is not only nourishment but also a form of art. By the age of 10, I was confidently preparing full dinners for my grandparents, and over the years, I refined my skills through curiosity, practice, and an unrelenting passion for creativity.
In 2015, after moving out on my own, I began mastering advanced techniques and recipes. As a self-taught chef, every dish I create comes from lived experience, dedication, and a commitment to quality. Each menu item at Oly Grazers is intentionally crafted with a balance of flavor, presentation, and an elevated dining experience in mind.
Although Oly Grazers officially launched in 2022, I’ve been hosting and delighting guests with beautifully styled spreads for years, and my journey into charcuterie and food styling began back in 2019. Today, I am honored to serve the South Sound community, creating memorable moments through food that is as stunning as it is delicious.
