Oly Grazers is a luxury charcuterie, catering and food styling company that serves Thurston County, WA and the surrounding areas! We have a variety of offerings for personal enjoyment, gifts and catering for events. No event is too big or too small! In addition to our menu and catering services, we host public and private charcuterie workshops. We offer free quotes for our tables and custom orders. You can submit a request on the order page and we will respond promptly!

Oly Grazers specializes in grazing tables. We have created grazing spreads to serve events of 20 people up to 500. Grazing tables are not only an amazing food choice for the versatility, variety, flavor pairings and ability to totally customize, but for the pure aesthetics. The table serves as an art piece to the event. Talk about making a lasting impression on your guests.

 

We are proud to be from Olympia, and all of our offerings will feature locally sourced products including local cheese, meats, produce and pastries! We can't wait to serve you!

Meet the Owner!

Hey there! My name is Danika, and I am the business owner and creator of Oly Grazers! People often speak to "the team" when booking or during event set up, but currently I am a one woman show! I have always had a love and passion for food and the fun began when I started using food as a creative outlet.  I have been "playing with food" from the time I can remember. My family, specifically my mother, Jackie and both of my grandmothers are big into cooking and being creative in the kitchen. I started very young helping out with them. I often spent time in the kitchen creating my own recipes and "concoctions" as my grandpa would say, for everyone to try. I remember cooking dinner for my Grandparents unassisted when I was 10 or 11 years old. I moved out of home on my own in 2015 and this is when I taught myself how to cook using more difficult techniques and advanced recipes. I am a self-taught chef and all of the culinary experience that I hold is from lived experience and informal training. My business officially launched in 2022, but I was cooking and hosting for many years prior to that and I started dabbling with charcuterie/food styling back in 2019. I love serving this community and connecting with so many people.
