Oly Grazers is a charcuterie, catering and food styling company that serves Thurston County, WA and the surrounding areas! We have a variety of offerings for personal enjoyment, gifts and catering for events. No event is too big or too small! In addition to our menu and catering services, we host public and private charcuterie workshops. We offer free quotes for our tables and custom orders. You can submit a request on the order page and we will respond promptly!

Oly Grazers specializes in grazing tables. We have created grazing spreads to serve events of 20 people up to 400. Grazing tables are not only an amazing food choice for the versatility, variety, flavor pairings and ability to totally customize, but for the pure aesthetics. The table serves as an art piece to the event. Talk about making a lasting impression on your guests.
We are proud to be from Olympia, and all of our offerings will feature locally sourced products including local cheese, meats, produce and pastries! We can't wait to serve you!
Meet the Owner!
Hey there! My name is Danika, and I am the business owner and creator of Oly Grazers! People often speak to "the team" when booking or during event set up, but currently I am a one woman show! I have always had a love and passion for food and the fun began when I started using food as a creative outlet. I started making charcuterie boards for myself and for my family and quickly became the designated charcuterie and graze woman for all of the functions and parties! I decided to turn this into a business after realizing how much people enjoyed my creations, and I wanted to share that with others! I have expanded from just making charcuterie boards to doing full catering spreads and teaching classes! I love serving this community and connecting with so many people.
